Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LIOR website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from JWA GLOBAL LLC, doing business as LIOR ("LIOR," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make a purchase. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from images due to display settings and lighting. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel any order — including orders affected by a pricing or typographical error, suspected fraud, or unauthorized resale activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase; our acceptance occurs when we ship the products. Payment is due at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full card numbers on our servers. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout as required by law.
4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, and return and refund terms in our Return & Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes and offers are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promotions (including creating multiple accounts) may result in order cancellation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the LIOR name and logo, product designs, photography, graphics, text, and site design — is owned by or licensed to JWA GLOBAL LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice compliant with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to support@lior-il.com, including identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or copy Site content or data by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including order or chargeback fraud).
8. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant LIOR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with our business, including marketing. You represent that you own or control the rights to anything you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JWA GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JWA GLOBAL LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@lior-il.com and allow 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of these Terms, the Site, or any purchase that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Boulder County, Colorado, or remotely by videoconference, at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@lior-il.com within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order number.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and by applicable federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act with respect to Section 12).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively from posting; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and LIOR regarding the Site.
