This Privacy Policy describes how JWA GLOBAL LLC, doing business as LIOR ("LIOR," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our website (the "Site"), and your rights regarding that information.

Information you provide directly:

  • Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details (card numbers are processed by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers)
  • Account information: login credentials and order history, if you create an account
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team, reviews, and survey responses
  • Marketing preferences: email and SMS sign-up information

Information collected automatically ("Device Information"):

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Pages viewed, products browsed, referring sites, and interaction data, collected via cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, including sending order and shipping confirmations
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries

  • To send marketing communications (email/SMS) where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts

We use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel and similar advertising tags), and analytics tools to operate the Site, remember your cart, measure marketing, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. 4. How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the business:

  • E-commerce platform: Shopify Inc., which hosts our store
  • Payment processors, to securely process transactions
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners, to deliver orders
  • Email/SMS marketing platforms, to send communications you've opted into
  • Advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Meta, Google), to measure and improve marketing

Some sharing with advertising partners may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising" under state privacy laws. You may opt out as described in Section 6. We do not sell personal information for money.

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests (such as subpoenas or warrants), protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, and as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Device Information is retained for shorter operational periods.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know/Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information
  • Portability — receive a copy of your data in a usable format
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email support@lior-il.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," specifying your request and state of residence. We will verify your identity (typically by matching your email to our records) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will re-review it as required by law, including under the Colorado Privacy Act.

7. California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and geolocation inferred from IP). We disclose these categories to the service providers listed in Section 4 for the business purposes described in Section 2. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. California residents may exercise the rights in Section 6, including via the contact methods listed there.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit and PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
